Founded in March 2005 by Scott Barlow, STRADA comprises of two operating units: STRADA Funds Management and STRADA Development.
STRADA Funds Management is responsible for the STRADA Office Fund, an unlisted direct investing commercial office fund.
STRADA Development specialises in the delivery of exclusive residences in some of Australia’s most desirable locations. STRADA Development also undertakes commercial developments and residential land subdivisions when attractive opportunities are identified in target markets.

Scott is the Managing Director and founder of STRADA.
Scott has extensive experience in the property industry, specifically in commercial property funds management and residential development. Scott is the Chairman of Sydney FC and has been a member of the board since the clubs inception. He previously held the position of the Australian representative on the FIFA committee for club football.
Scott began his career in the finance sector having held positions in mergers and acquisitions, corporate valuations and corporate strategy at a number of leading Australian and International companies, including AMP, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Telstra.
Scott holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Tasmania and a Graduate Certificate in Applied Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia.

Tom has over 12 years experience in commercial property and financial services, including 9 years at STRADA overseeing the acquisition, management, leasing, refurbishment and sale of commercial properties across Australia.
Tom has previously worked in the audit and assurance division of PwC, the commerce research department of the Australian National University and held the role of company secretary at Sydney FC.
Tom holds a Bachelor of Commerce with First Class honours from the Australian National University, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from FINSIA and is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.

Carina is the Asset Manager responsible for the asset management and implementation of the portfolio investment strategy for the STRADA Office Fund.
Carina oversees the management, leasing, refurbishment, capital and budgeting/forecasting for the portfolio. Working alongside the Fund Manager, Carina manages the year-end valuations, undertakes market research and reviews the due diligence performed in relation to new opportunities.
Carina has over 14 years’ experience in commercial property. Prior to joining STRADA, Carina was the Head of Commercial at JLL for the NSW Property & Asset Management division where she was responsible for the property management team, driving business performance, leading strategic client relationships, and managing commercial property. Prior to JLL, Carina held various property roles at Goodman and Chesterton International.
Carina holds a Bachelor of Property Economics from the University of Technology, Sydney and is an Associate Member and Certified Commercial Property Manager of the Australian Property Institute.
