Founded in March 2005 by Scott Barlow, STRADA commenced with two operating units: STRADA Funds Management and STRADA Development.
STRADA Funds Management is responsible for the STRADA Office Fund, an unlisted direct investing commercial office fund.
STRADA Development specialised in the delivery of high-end residential projects as well as investing alongside a select group of experienced developers to deliver residential projects across Australia.
Since 2016, STRADA’s sole focus has been on commercial property funds management.
